RETURN, EXCHANGE, AND REFUND POLICY

At Aayuhub (referred to as the Direct Selling entity), it is our unwavering commitment to uphold the highest quality standards for our products, ensuring customer satisfaction. However, we understand that there may be instances where our products may not meet your expectations. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within thirty days from the date of receipt, provided you notify us within one week of receiving the goods. Our buyback/refund policy applies to products in saleable condition, and partially used products (not exceeding 30% of the total volume) only if accompanied by an invoice. Intentionally damaged or misused products will not be eligible for buyback/refund. We expect our customers to adhere to the Product Buyback & Refund Policy with fairness and integrity.

Buyback/Refund Policy:

- If the product is in marketable condition and returned within thirty days with the original invoice, a 100% refund will be issued.
- If the product is in unmarketable condition, the refund value will be assessed by our Grievance Redressal Officer, and an appropriate value will be provided.

Exchange:

- Unopened, unsealed, and undamaged or unused products can be exchanged within thirty days with the original invoice.
- The exchangeable product can be replaced with an equally or higher-priced product upon payment of the differential amount.
- The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return the product to our warehouse.

Refunds:

- Once we receive your returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the refund status.
- The refund amount will be calculated as per our Buyback/Refund Policy and refunded to your provided bank account or payment instrument.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

Cancellation of Transactions/Orders:

- We reserve the right to cancel orders under certain circumstances, and refunds will be processed accordingly.
- Customers can cancel orders before processing, and refunds will be issued promptly.
- Shipping costs for returned products are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Note:

- Customers must return products to our head office or via courier along with a specific return form.
- The return period is calculated from the date of receipt by the customer to the date of receipt at our premises.
- Product condition is assessed by our Grievance Redressal Officer.
